UNCG Theatre presents Twelfth Night by William Shakespeare

"UNCG Theatre presents Twelfth Night by William Shakespeare and directed by Jim Wren on October 2-10, 2014 at UNCG's Taylor Theatre (402 Tate Street).   Twelfth Night is truly one of William Shakespeare’s most famous and beloved comedies.  A play about love in all its excesses and beauty, of its pain and joy, and finally, and most importantly, of its healing power and ability to put the world right for those unafraid to risk their hearts.  7:30 pm on October 2, 7, 8 & 9; 8 pm on October 3 & 4; 2 pm on October 4 & 5; and 9:30 am on October 7-10.  Call 336-272-0160 or log-on to theatre.uncg.edu to purchase tickets.  Tickets are $16 for adults; $11 for students, children, seniors and groups of 10+ on weekend or night performances; and $8 for UNCG students and weekday morning matinee groups of 10+.  Twelfth Night is part of the UNCG School of Music, Theatre and Dance's GLOBE AND COSMOS event--celebrating 450 years of Shakespeare and Galileo.  Thursday, October 2 at 7:30 pm in a Pay What You Can performance where patrons determine the price of their ticket.  The Pay What You Can performance tickets go on sale at 6:30 pm on October 2 in the Lobby of Taylor Theatre.
